Claiming your twenties is one of the simplest, yet transformative opportunity for work, for love, for happiness and overall wellness.  IDENTITY CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT FOR FEMALE MILLENNIALS The workshop will be comprised of small groups of female millenials to examine cultivating identity – including physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, social and environmental.  Reconsider an identity crisis and instead gain some identity capitol. Add value to who you are by making an investment in who you want to become. Explore and expand your identity with purpose and intention.  Ability to find quiet with oneself with tools to focus on own thoughts, feelings, and objectives for the day. Learn healthy ways to assess and separate thinking from feeling as well as action steps associated with it. Make decisions slowly and carefully. Despite outside influences, the final decisions are one’s own and important to examine the impacts of those decisions (big or small). Make conscious choices, set limits on own time, activities and interpersonal relationships (partners, friends, family, etc.). Explore the kinds of relationships are in their best interest and to structure their relationships in accord to their vision or goals for self.  All “mixed up behavior” becomes unprocessed pain. Understand of how to sit with the pain, listen to it for messages about your life – acknowledge it and describe it rather than run from it. And, move onward!  Identify and define core values as related to goal(s) and lifestyle.  Develop a good set of routines (rituals provide something to anticipate). Create many kinds of love, have more than one to love, along with quality friends, close connections, etc. Don’t just have one hobby or way of making a living, like a good portfolio, be diversified and open.  Be intentional, don’t just let your schedule happen to you - create a good set of routines connected intentionally to goals. Happiness comes from making good choices, integrity, energy, perseverance, courage, resiliency, is related to character structure, work, health, and relationships. The twenties are not a pitfall for identity crisis, but it is a developmental sweet spot. Individuals may register OR groups can select private group opportunities. For more details contact BLND brookebuys@blndhealth.com
